    As a key player in our US-based nonprofit organization, the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will be instrumental in spearheading and overseeing a diverse array of social, environmental, scientific, and technical projects. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in establishing collaborations and partnerships with higher education institutions for remote education, connecting with like-minded corporates, expanding environmental awareness through carbon offset research, and enhancing various aspects of society. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and contribute to the positive brand image of companies engaged with our nonprofit.

  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Collaboration and Partnerships:

       Establish and nurture collaborations with higher education institutions for remote education initiatives.

       Identify, engage, and connect with corporations sharing a commitment to social, environmental, and ethical responsibility.

     

    2. Environmental Awareness:

       Lead initiatives to expand environmental awareness, with a focus on carbon offset research and services provided by the nonprofit.

       Implement strategies to integrate environmental responsibility, ethical/human rights responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and economic responsibility.

     

    3. Stakeholder Engagement:

       Cultivate relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and businesses to ensure collaborative success.

       Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives.

     

    4. Digital Marketing and Network Building:

       Establish a network of digital marketing partners, including influencers, storytellers, activists, and journalists, to create inclusive and authentic content.

       Leverage digital platforms to amplify the nonprofit's message and impact.

     

    5. Wish Granting and Campaigns:

       Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for wish granting and associated company-wide campaigns.

       Ensure campaigns align with the nonprofit's mission and values, contributing to positive societal impacts.

  • Educational Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences).

    Advanced degree in CSR, Sustainability, or related disciplines is a plus.

  • Experience Requirements

    15+ years of progressive professional experience, including team supervisory roles, preferably in a consulting or industry environment.

    Proven track record in delivering multimillion-dollar sales results annually.

    Demonstrable success in winning large and strategic projects.

  • Additional Requirements

    Proficiency in English is essential.

    Experience working with nonprofits is a plus.

    Familiarity with the Singapore and/or Australia market is advantageous.
