This initiative is driven by a multifaceted purpose, mission, and a set of strategic goals, with a strong focus on workforce development, enduring impact, and comprehensive reporting.

The core purpose of this project is to revolutionize global maritime commerce by empowering rural communities through green trade practices. Our mission is to foster economic growth and sustainability by developing state-of-the-art port amenities and a +50MW green power station. Our goals include:

• Coordinated Market Expansion: Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to develop and expand rural economic activities.
• Capacity Expansion: Accommodate the projected numbers of cruise and ferry passengers and ships, thereby enhancing global maritime connectivity.
• Port Infrastructure Enhancement: Expand port cargo-handling and intermodal facilities while coordinating transport-related issues with relevant agencies.
• Facility Maintenance and Improvement: Maintain and improve existing facilities and support infrastructure, maximizing efficiency and extending service life.
• Regulatory Compliance: Identify, obtain, and adhere to all required permits, leases, development approvals, and land acquisition, ensuring a timely implementation of our master development plan.
• Environmental Responsibility: Promote sound environmental practices in our operations, maintenance, and expansion, in line with the unique responsibilities of deep-water port facilities.

Governance and Leadership 

The Project Steering Committee will develop a governance framework outlining decision-making processes, reporting structures, and the roles and responsibilities of its members. 

Steering Committee: Composed of key project stakeholders, including representatives from indigenous communities, academia, and industry, responsible for decision-making and oversight.

Directors: Provide industry expertise, community engagement, and oversight.

Offering next-gen sustainable governance through responsible investing frameworks, transparent reporting and regulatory compliance, Project DARP - Decentralized Asset Responsibility Protocol - has been selected to support the functions of:

• Secretary: DARP's back-office autonomous agents will maintain project records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Responsibility Board: DARP members will validate outcomes and issue IFGG coins rewards request. Coins can be used to purchase services on DARP.
• Advisory Council: DARP's experts in sustainability, global trade, sea shipping, and indigenous community affairs will provide guidance and oversight.
• Controller: DARP's middle-office autonomous agents will be responsible for verifying portfolio assets, monitoring valuations and validating financial reporting.

Ready Player Institute may become eligible for receiving IFGG coins by demonstrating Quantified Positive Outcomes in underserved communities.

• Expansion of port amenities to accommodate 0.5 million TEU containers and 0.5 million passengers per berth.
